Shipping

Currently we ship within Canada and the US. Spend $150+ within Canada & $200+ within the US to receive FREE SHIPPING!. Everything in the SHOP qualifies, however our "Unique Custom Orders" do not qualify for free shipping or to claim coupons. Feel free to ask upon inquiring about shipping! Unfortunately with high shipping costs, I would still need to factor in those expenses with large custom pieces to make sure it arrives to you safely. For unique custom orders, you can still apply any coupon at checkout. With the $50 deposit, you can apply the coupon you have and I will take off the full $50 from your total.

All shipping boxes are handmade and cut by me to fit your exact project! We use multiple protective materials such as static free foam (if ordering acrylic), buddle wrap, pool noodles for the frames, for it will ensure a safe delivery. If something happens upon delivery that the product is defective, please send pictures of the box and the product to start the next process. Sometimes things are out of our control, but I stand 100% behind each product made. If it is a shipping issue I will re-send the product and start a claim with the shipping company (nothing you have to worry about). If it was an error I made, I will re-do and re-send at no additional costs. If however, something happened that wasn't something done by the shipping company or us, no refunds will be made.

Before anything is sent out- digital proofs are sent to you for approval. If you want to be part of the creative journey I will send progress photos. I make sure you are 100% happy with the product before it ships. Please note, photos, wood grains, and lighting may be different in person upon arrival, but I try to send filter free photos as I build your project to ensure 100% satisfaction.

FAQ's

Can you make a rush order?

Rush orders can be done! We charge a rush fee if something is needed last minute and your looking for something customized. This may not apply to everything but something to consider. If your looking for something last minute as a gift or party decor, please just contact me as soon as you think of it. I will let you know if I have time to make it or not.

For projects that require spray paint I do need at least 3-5 days notice to allow the paint to cure fully before sending it out the door. Rush orders can be done in that 1-7 day time period (depending what the project is)

What is the difference between Engraving vs 3D Letters

Engraving is where the laser machine reads the letters or design and uses it's beam to burn into the wood. A good example of this would be the cornhole boards for reference or engraved pet portraits.

3D letters is where I cut letters or the design out of wood, MDF, cardboard, paper, (whatever material you choose) and I glue that on top of the backer/frame so it creates shadows and a unique 3D effect.

Do you make your own designs?

We do create our own designs in house and also purchase digital files online through other artists supporting other makers as well.

There is a variant on your website that isn't listed. Can I still order something if I'd like it different?

YES! Sometimes, I may forget to include everything in each variant. If your looking for something specific, maybe it's a certain color of macrame cord or frame color choice, all you have to do is message me via instagram, Contact Us or email to see if it's available. It could just be a missing element on my end that I simply forgot to add. If I have that option I will add it and you are able to then checkout with that option. It never hurts to ask if other options are available. (Ex. the three tier plant holder didn't have army green as a color option, the customer messaged me to see if it was available. I had just forgot to add that color, once I added it she was able to go back to the site and checkout).

Custom Orders

When deciding if you'd like a custom order, you can Shop our page and CHECKOUT at "Unique Handmade Custom Project" where a $50 deposit is applied OR contact us for further information or to plan your desired project via "Contact Us", Instagram, Facebook or email. Custom orders will be unique to you as no two pieces are the same, as everything is handmade. My shop is mostly based on Custom Orders but also have a lot of products available for purchase right from the shop.

We don't shy away from other ideas to add to our shop. If your looking for something specific to gift someone, simply contact us and we can design and build to add to our shop.

Once checked out or a custom order is placed we send digital mock ups and reach your desired vision. After deposit/digital mock up approval we will then start creating your project. Turn around time on these is anywhere from 1-8 weeks. Please see rush order FAQ if needing something right away.

Do you make outdoor signs?

I mostly work on indoor projects at this time. However, I am always open to discussion and determined to try new things. I have a few outdoor projects I am currently working on right now for outdoor Welcome Signs at campsites that are owned. Outdoor signs require different materials, which will reflect the cost.

How do your craft nights work?

If you would like to host a craft night, please contact me to organize it.

Hosts get to create the DIY craft for FREE!

How it works: I charge on a per person basis. We discuss ideas on the project you'd like to create. I send you 3-4 options to choose from- includes different designs, available color options. (I've only done macrame DIY craft nights so far).

Once your group is organized you share the projects ideas with your group and vote which one you'd like to create. After letting me know which design you've chosen, I prepare each persons package, which includes everything to make your craft and preferred colored materials. Everything is prepped and ready to be made at your party!

I teach, you interact with your besties and build something unique to you!

Tracking and Non-Tracking Orders

To save costs on smaller items such as earrings, keychains, kids crafts, etc (that qualify to ship as letter mail) I will ship by letter mail unless otherwise advised. If you wish for tracking on the smaller items I will charge accordingly for that. Shipping by letter mail has no tracking and arrival of the product is not able to be determined or searched. Lettermail can take anywhere from 5-14 business days, expect longer delivery during peak months such as Christmas holidays. Every item that is larger than letter mail is shipped with tracking information and sent to you to reference while you wait for your new order.

If you order a keychain and want to track the package, you have the option to choose Free Shipping or Tracked Package.
