Shipping

Currently we ship within Canada. Spend $150+ within Canada to receive FREE SHIPPING! If you'd like to inquire about shipping to another country please send us an email at remarkandrose22@gmail.com to inquire. We ship via Canada Post, Canpar and Purolator, UPS, etc. Items do not ship during weekends or holidays. Delivery times will vary by region and carrier, please check your shipping information if you have a tracking number. Remark & Rose cannot take responsibility for shipping delays caused by the carrier. (Shipping dates indicate time in transit by carrier.)

 

LOCAL PICK UP is in Fairview, AB. Once your product is fulfilled we will be in contact to arrange pick up either at my acreage or in town (Fairview).   If you cannot pick up, you need to pay for shipping. â€‹

 

COUPONS: You can claim coupons on anything in our shop, HOWEVER any products that are "DEPOSIT" only do not qualify for free shipping or further discounts. Feel free to ask upon inquiring about shipping! Unfortunately with high shipping costs, I would still need to factor in those expenses with large custom pieces to make sure it arrives to you safely. For unique custom orders, (or any product with a deposit).

Tracked vs Non-Tracked Shipping: To save costs on smaller items such as earrings, keychains, kids crafts, etc (that qualify to ship as letter mail) I will ship by letter mail unless you upgrade to tracked shipping. Shipping by lettermail has no tracking and arrival of the product is not able to be determined or searched. Lettermail can take anywhere from 5-14 business days, expect longer delivery during peak months such as Christmas holidays. If you order a keychain for example and want to upgrade to track the package, you have the option to choose Free Shipping or Tracked Package.

How do I check order status?

When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number (if you chose the tracked option). We cannot fill partial orders on this website at this time- If you ordered something I will message you if you'd like me to ship separate or together.  Once I have your entire order fulfilled I will send your completed order email. Please check junk mail for order completion emails.

**UPON CHECKOUT YOU WILL ALWAYS RECIEVE A THANK AND CONFIRMATION ORDER EMAIL. IF YOU DO NOT GET THIS IT IS LIKELY YOUR ORDER DIDNT PROCESS** We've noticed this issue happening sometimes if your cart is left a long time and inventory is updated.

All shipping boxes are handmade and cut by me to fit your exact project, or we reuse boxes- This allows us to reduce, reuse and recycle cardboard and not have to charge those expenses back to the customer. Helps keeps everyone's costs down. We use multiple protective materials such as static free foam, buddle wrap, pool noodles if required-for it will ensure a safe delivery. If something happens upon delivery that the product is defective, please send pictures of the box and the product to start the next process. Sometimes things are out of our control, but I stand 100% behind each product made. If it is a shipping issue I will re-send the product and start a claim with the shipping company (nothing you have to worry about). If it was an error I made, I will re-do and re-send at no additional costs. If however, something happened that wasn't something done by the shipping company or us, no refunds will be made.

Before anything is sent out- digital proofs are sent to you for approval. If you want to be part of the creative journey I will send progress photos. I make sure you are 100% happy with the product before it ships. Please note, photos, wood grains, and lighting may be different in person upon arrival, but I try to send filter free photos as I build your project to ensure 100% satisfaction. 

FAQ's

What is the difference between Engraving vs 3D Letters 

Rush orders can be done! We charge a rush fee if something is needed last minute and your looking for something customized. This may not apply to everything but something to consider. If your looking for something last minute as a gift or party decor, please just contact me as soon as you think of it. I will let you know if I have time to make it or not. 

For projects that require spray paint I do need at least 3-5 days notice to allow the paint to cure fully before sending it out the door. Rush orders can be done in that 1-7 day time period (depending what the project is) with a rush fee. 

What is the difference between Engraving vs 3D Letters 

Engraving is where the laser machine reads the letters or design and uses it's beam to burn into the material. 

3D letters is where I cut letters or the design out of your preferred material and I glue that on top of the backer/frame so it creates shadows and a unique 3D effect.

We do create our own designs in house and also purchase digital files online through other artists supporting other makers as well.

YES! Sometimes, I may forget to include everything in each variant. If your looking for something specific, maybe it's a certain color of macrame cord or frame color choice. When checking out you can use the notes to describe what you'd like, but if you'd like to message vis Contact Us or Instragram DM you can do that as well before placing your order.

Ordering Floral Signs

This is the top questions we get. Pricing, how it works, etc. It is best to visit the listings on each of these products as we have detailed info on the dried flowers, pressed and shadowboxes. 

We have had dried and fresh flowers shipped to us, we can create with faux or real flowers- options are endless with these signs and make great keepsakes. If you have questions you can Contact Us- each listing in our "FLORAL SIGNS" will give an in depth breakdown to help answer any questions.  

Return Policy

With opening up a store- we can return select items such as clothing or anything that is sealed- tags need to be intact and we will assess the product you plan to return. We will offer an in store credit or refund your method of payment. We however cannot return food (cheese), hair products, body products, etc. 

We cannot return customized decor. Anything customized or unique to your with your order cannot be returned. If however there is an error such as spelling mistake, or mistake we may have made on our end- Contact us so we can get you the correct product.
