Policies

Rental Services:

You can pick up 1-3 days before your event. We require the rental item returned within a 1-3 day window.
Damage Deposits may be required before pickup depending on the rental equipment (this is charged on flower walls and other products as we assess rental services). Damage deposits are refunded upon return.
Product Damages: upon returning a rental, if there are any damages- meaning anything broken, severely mishandled with scratches and cracks we will charge to replace the product or material. It is your responsibiliy to handle the product with care. We use bubble wrap when picking up orders such as acrylic to prevent any scratches. We expect it get return in the bubble wrap.
Transportation is at your own risk. When transporting a product to your event, it is at your own risk. Depending where your event is we may not be able to fix any damages upon transport. Handle with Care and caution.

Storefront Services:

No public bathrooms at this time.
As we are carrying various brands in our storefront, if you have a direct issue with a product I can direct you to the creator/maker so you can ask questions directly. If I need to step in to assist I can, but anything product related- let me know and we can direct the issue further.
Refunds- we can issue refunds if the product has not been worn, tags are still on, etc. We need an explanation upon return. We will assess refunds on a case by case basic. Hygiene, haircare, jewelry, etc is final sale.

Product Info

As with any product you purchase, you need to determine how to care for each product.
- Clothing we always recommend washing on cold and hang to dry for lasting results.
- Tumblers- they are rated safe for dishwashers, however we do not recommend putting on the top rack. We will always recommend hand washing. Put in dishwasher at your own risk as it can cause damage to the coating of the cup.
- Hygiene products are final sale (hair clips, deodorant, lotions, earrings, cooking oils, cleaning products, scrunchies, soother clips), etc
